When is the best time of year to seal my driveway?
Because of our climate, we like to limit our sealcoating services to between May and October. This is due to the optimal temperature for drying to be above 50 degrees. We can apply it in colder temperatures, it just will take longer to dry, therefore prolonging how long you have to stay off of the area.
How long until I will be able to use my newly sealcoated driveway?
Typically we like to recommend that you stay off of your newly sealcoated area for 24 hours, in terms of walking, and 48 hours, in terms of driving. This can be affected by many things including temperature, previous sealings, or humidity so we will give you more specific instructions upon completion of your job.
Do I need to do anything to prepare for my driveway to be sealed?
No! We will take care of everything. Please just make sure that the area is clear and any of your belongings are not close by.
How long does it take for you to come to my house after I have booked the services I need?
Because this is our busy season, we recommend that you call and begin the process as soon as possible! We take each job in the order they are received but are committed to completing your services in a timely manner. On average, you can expect a 1-2 week deadline.
